Galleta de Botella / Bottle Cookie

The Bottle Cookie is a classic crumbly shortbread cookie, lightly coated in sugar. The Bottle Cookie gets its name from the fact that once the cookie is rounded, it traditionally pressed down into its shape with a glass soda bottle.

La Galleta de Botella es una galleta al estilo polvoron, ligeramente cubierta en azucar. La galleta recibe su nombre porque, tradicionalmente, al tener la masa lista, se presiona con una botella de soda.
